Mark is very reliable and great at communication! He text on his way for both pickups from a trip so I felt confident he’d be there, making a stressful trip less worrisome. He also arrived early! He’s a great conversationalist. Highly recommend for convenient affordable and reliable transportation.

Mark was fantastic! He was our round trip driver. Smooth pickups and drop offs. Extremely comfortable ride and great conversation. He knows a ton about Chicago. I would plan to use this service every time we travel. I also am very sensitive to scents and the car had no overwhelming perfume or cologne scent which greatly appreciated

Mark was very professional, communicated very well and was early for our ride also providing guidance thru the airport on departure and arrival. The vehicle was top notch and Mark even had water for us during our trip. We will be using his service again in the future.

I have used Starship three times and they are always early for the pickups. Clean cars & professionally dressed drivers. The prices are reasonable so I will keep using them going forward!

Great ride!! Mark texted as soon as the plane landed and he was there with the car as soon as we got our bags!! Very smooth and efficient! And we had 5 passengers!! I will definitely use starship again!!

Mark and his team never fail to impress! The cars are always spotlessly clean, on time, and a smooth ride no matter what. We’ve used them at least six times now (for just a few more dollars than an ubėr) and we find it an incredible value. The limousine service and the black car VIP rides are the only way to travel!
